1. Agreement to Terms

By installing Convertli from the Shopify App Store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t install the app.

2. Service Description

Convertli is a Shopify application that provides conversion optimization widgets including Sticky Add-to-Cart, Trust Badges, Countdown Timers, and Delivery Estimators. The app integrates with your Shopify store through Shopify’s official app platform.

3. Account Requirements

To use Convertli, you must:

  • Have an active Shopify store
  • Install the app through the Shopify App Store
  • Have appropriate permissions to install apps on your store

4. Billing

  • All billing is handled through Shopify’s billing system
  • Free plan features are available at no cost with no time limit
  • Paid plans are billed monthly through your Shopify account
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
  • Refunds are handled according to Shopify’s app billing policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app to display misleading or fraudulent information
  • Create fake urgency with countdown timers for non-existent offers
  • Display false trust badges or security claims
  • Violate any applicable laws or Shopify’s terms of service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app

6. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and content within Convertli are owned by us. You’re granted a license to use the app while it’s installed on your store. Widget designs and templates are for use within the app only.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Widget scripts are served via CDN for maximum reliability. We’ll communicate any planned maintenance in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Convertli is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

  • You can uninstall Convertli at any time from your Shopify admin
  • We may terminate access if you violate these terms
  • Upon termination, all widget code is removed from your store

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
